As a broker, I have many different sources of bank funding for your project. This is truly the best approach to secure financing since I will have many sources to choose from to tailor your loan to your needs. There really is not a "one size fits all" loan for these types of projects. Every project is unique and so should be the financing.

I will work with you and for you, one on one, to forge the best loan package available for your financial situation. Because I am a broker, I use bank wholesale rates - not retail rates as the banks make available through their retail branches. Whether you are contemplating a modest remodel or all the way to a whole home rehab or demolition and rebuild, I will help you secure the kind of financing that will best suit your remodeling purpose with the correct amount of financing, making sure the plans, description of material and appraisal are cohesive and correct for the lender and that the builder is approved with the lender we will use to fund the loan.

My part does not end with the loan closing; I continue to act as a liaison for you, the remodeler and the lender. This makes for a sound financial partnership to make sure the draw requests are funded in a timely manner for payment to the builder or remodeler and their sub-contractors and when the construction project is complete your loan rolls over to the rate and term you have chosen in the beginning for the permanent financing.
