Q: What happened to the mortgage calculator which allowed for changing prepayments of principal? Do you still offer it? Do I need to buy a calculator from you?

A: We still offer the Homebuyer's Calculator Suite, which will allow you to do the complex amortization and payment schedules you want. The calculator is still free of charge, but you must download it and install it on your local computer again. For simpler, regular prepayments, you should use our online prepayment calculator, too.
