Current mortgage rates - May 25, 2015

Mortgage rates leveled off this week, according to the latest Mortgage Rates Radar from HSH.com. The average rate for conforming 30-year fixed-rate mortgages was unchanged at 3.97%. Conforming 5/1 Hybrid ARM rates fell by just 0.02%, closing the Wednesday-to-Tuesday wraparound weekly survey at an average of 2.99%. This leveling off should be greatly warmly by borrowers after mortgage rates have been rising for the past four weeks.
